We’re going to say a bad word.
Don’t let it put you off.
Here it comes:
Still with us? Alright, here’s the thing.
Insurance is the single biggest industry in the world – there are more insurance policies than people. But seven in ten people feel their insurer is actively trying to cheat them, and only 13% say they trust their insurer. We're Locket, and we believe we can do better. We're building smart insurance – insurance that's exciting, intuitive, rewarding, and there for you every day, not just if you need a payout.
You’re already a pro, but you’re looking for the next step in your career and want this job to be the springboard to a promotion with Locket in the future. You’re driven; you’re someone who owns not just your role but the ethos of any company you work with – meaning you won’t just “stick in your lane” but will contribute to every aspect of the business.
You’re the perfect mix of meticulous and forward-thinking.
You’re data-driven and analytical, but you know how to find creative solutions.
You maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude, but you’re not afraid to challenge decisions and back up your reasoning with evidence.
You can wear multiple hats and are willing to get stuck in.
Extensive experience in handling large datasets, tracking metrics, creating and maintaining forecasts and budget analysis.
Extensive financial acumen and accounting experience.
FCCA, CIMA or ACCA qualified.
Experience in and understanding of start up life, particularly in the Fintech or Insurtech industry, is a huge plus.
